High roller offers are usually a deposit match on a higher minimum deposit, a cashback percentage for VIP levels or a personal reload set by an account manager. At new casinos they are often negotiated rather than published.

A ₦500,000 bonus at 35x means ₦17,500,000 of bets. At a 96% RTP that costs about ₦700,000 on average, more than the bonus. Cashback with low or no wagering is usually the better deal for large stakes.
